What We Think

While Silver Shadows dips its toes into modern YA 'woke' waters, it keeps one foot planted in solid storytelling and character arcs. The book values personal agency over identity politics and doesn't aggressively rewrite tradition. Not totally non-woke, but hardly a lecture disguised as fiction.
