What We Think
Three Cups of Tea pushes for cross-cultural understanding and global education, but sticks to an earnest and mostly traditional story structure. Its woke elements are mild by today’s standards, there’s admiration for Western humanitarianism and some respect for local traditions. Not particularly woke, but definitely wears its moral on its sleeve.
