Identity politics and forced representation are absent; the film prioritizes character merit and archetypal roles over modern ideological checkboxes. It’s the kind of unapologetic, mass-appeal storytelling Hollywood used to do before every plot had to tick a diversity quota.

This film leans into traditional values, with reverence for religion, family, and masculine heroism. Cultural norms and Hindu spiritual symbols are presented with almost mythic respect. No subverting or mocking of gender roles here; in fact, it doubles down on celebrating them as strengths rather than weaknesses.

Akhanda offers no lectures or token attempts at ideological uniformity. Traditional perspectives dominate, and if anything, it’s a counterbalance to the current Hollywood fare, with alternative views almost nowhere in sight.
