“Lover, Stalker, Killer” is a true-crime documentary that largely sticks to recounting real events, focusing on the story without shoehorning in identity politics. In our view, the emphasis is on the psychological angle and drama, not ideological messaging. Character traits are presented as they existed in real life, not retrofitted for social themes.
