Urge2016

In a free society the right to critique art is essential and protected speech. These reviews reflect personal opinions and not statements of fact.

What We Think

Urge is blissfully free of modern ideological preaching. It’s a cautionary tale about excess and the dark side of hedonism, with little to no woke messaging shoehorned in. If you’re fatigued by Hollywood's more on-the-nose social lectures, this one is comparatively tame on the woke front.
