For a modern horror anthology, V/H/S/85 is less consumed by ‘woke’ messaging and more about genre scares. While there are minor nods to diversity, it steers clear of blatant ideological preaching or rewriting cultural foundations. Definitely one of the less ‘woke’ horror films out of Hollywood lately.
