No soapboxes here, Paper Mario exists blissfully before ideological monoculture invaded gaming. Dissenting views aren’t caricatured, simply because the game is too focused on whimsical fun and saving Princess Peach. Moral pluralism isn’t needed when the stakes are this cheerfully straightforward.
