Several main characters appear to have been cast for maximum demographic diversity, occasionally at the expense of coherent characterization or narrative logic. The show leans into topical messages so heavily that it sidesteps deeper, more universally resonant story arcs.

Traditional cultural touchstones, family, faith, masculinity, rarely get a moment of genuine or respectful treatment in this series. Instead, they’re either lampooned as relics or repurposed to fit contemporary ideological talking points. Gender dynamics are flipped so hard that even a hint of classic heroism feels outdated.

There's virtually no room for genuine ideological debate here. Any alternative opinion is either comically exaggerated or outright villainized, serving as a cautionary tale. All protagonists seem to march in lockstep with a single progressive worldview, so don’t expect pluralism or nuanced dialogue.
