Ex-Arm is pretty much a throwback, sticking to standard sci-fi tropes without indulging in any of the recent trends toward ideological messaging. Clunky CGI aside, it’s about as non-woke as modern anime gets. Safe territory for those hoping to avoid cultural sermonizing.
