Storylines frequently pivot to social themes, occasionally letting personal merit and artistry fall by the wayside. It's hard not to notice the formula.

The show appears to lean into subverting traditions, often depicting traditional family roles, religious values, and even baseline masculinity as outdated or narrow-minded. Virtue is almost always tied to embracing modern ideologies, not cultural roots, leaving little room for tradition to breathe.
