Traditional family bonds are central, but the show tends to paint the mother and daughter as hyper-competent, sometimes outshining the father in an unrealistic fashion. Masculinity is not demonized, but is softened. Conventional family structures are present, which tempers the score a bit.

Alternative worldviews are not outright villainized, but the tone strongly supports modern identity norms. Traditional roles aren’t mocked, just updated, and dissenting perspectives are largely absent instead of ridiculed.
