What We Think

Lucy, the Daughter of the Devil is more irreverent than 'woke', using satire and absurdity instead of identity politics. Religion and family are parodied, but not overtly subverted for modern dogmas. Not free from critique, but it’s closer to old-school cartoon anarchy than Hollywood’s preferred box-ticking.
