What We Think

"Mars" is a classic example of modern prestige TV trying to balance realism and representation. It doesn’t go full-throttle in the woke direction, but the fingerprints are clear: diverse casting, little room for traditional heroism, and an ideological consensus that makes counterpoints feel token. If you’re looking for unapologetically non-woke storytelling, this journey to Mars won’t quite get you there.
