What We Think
Despite ruffling feathers in its era, The Smothers Brothers Comedy Hour feels tame compared to today's content. While subversive, it rarely indulged in what would now be called 'wokeism.' Its focus was more on lampooning authority and stirring debate than preaching dogma.
