"Zoo" mostly sticks to its sci-fi thriller premise. Characters serve the story, and diversity isn't over-emphasized or used as a narrative crutch. There’s no obvious forced representation, and character growth stems from plot events, not identity factors. In our view, the storytelling comes before any ideological considerations, so there isn’t a major sacrifice of narrative integrity.

Its focus is squarely on the global animal crisis and survival, not on undermining societal norms or heritage. Any sidelining of traditional themes seems incidental, not intentional.
