What We Think
A coming-of-age story seen through a progressive lens, ‘The Diary of a Teenage Girl’ steers clear of the most heavy-handed woke tropes, but it still subverts traditional norms and seldom offers alternative worldviews. Moderate to high-woke by today's standards, but not the worst offender.
