4. Copyright and DMCA

We display images and plot summaries provided by The Movie Database. If you believe any content on our site infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown request to:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Woke Patrol and its owners, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise. Our total liability for any claim related to your use of the site shall not exceed one U.S. dollar ($1.00).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Woke Patrol, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including legal fees — arising from or relating to:

  • Your violation of these Terms,

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

13. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute or claim relating to your use of Woke Patrol will be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive any right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration.

This arbitration clause does not apply to intellectual property disputes or claims that cannot legally be compelled to arbitration under applicable law.

You also waive any right to a trial by jury in any legal proceeding related to your use of the site or these Terms.

14. International Access and Jurisdictional Exclusions

We're based in the United States but welcome users worldwide, with some exceptions.

At this time, we do not offer services to users located in the United Kingdom or in Australia. Access from those jurisdictions is restricted. This is a matter of legal policy.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new Terms.
