What We Think
"Five Days at Memorial" can't resist sprinkling in woke sensibilities, from authority critiques to highlighting victimhood and systemic injustice. Still, the show's primary drive is telling a survival story under extraordinary pressure, so the identity politics don't completely drown out the drama.
